Hello all! Just joined recently. I've always wanted an evo decided it's time to get into one. Now on the hunt actively for as close to stock, clean, and low mileage. And yes I'm serious ha! I know I have a challenge ahead of me with that criteria. I hope to learn a lot from this site.

Do you guys have any suggestions on sources to find this unicorn I am in search of?

Preferably a 9 with a 5 speed already and no sunroof. Although I would consider others.

 

Sacrifice a virgin?

 

Well, knowing you want the CT9A platform, i would search for an EvO that has been in the dry climate. Rust / corrosion damage is very common if the EvO was driven in the snow / wet

 

If only I could find the right evo to sacrifice a virgin lol!

Thanks, thats exactly what Ive been looking at. Areas with that type of climate. So hard to find one that hasnt been in an accident and or been modded the **** out of.

I watched portions of the Vid. Looks cool. Certainly modded & the paint job & the OEM door jam paint i did not like. Looks like they want approx $25K for it which, if the mechanicals are solid and the chassis is rust damage free, works for me
