Hi everyone,

I'm thinking about buying a 2011 gsr with 56k miles and bigger turbo pushing about 500whp. It has a flex tune.

so my question is should I buy it? been thinking about this evo for the past two days now. I've driven my brother in laws evo before and I know a bit about them. Any advice would help me out please thanks. Anything I should look for? It's about 24k.

I would certainly check for any corrosion related issues in the underbody. Post up a link or the pics so we can take a look

I would have to ask for those pictures. But these are just basic pictures that I have. It's kind of a private sale and not at a dealership right now. I haven't driven the car yet.

 

Yeah, you can certainly see the very large diameter cold air intake & the blow off valve. As you noted, certainly has had some bolt-on's done if not more?

It looks super nice in those 2 pics. If its as clean & mechanically sound as it looks, i say go for it! $24K sounds about right
