Hello humans, I bought a white evo 9 rs in January and it has a junk carbon fiber hood. I was wondering if anyone had a oem wicked white hood for sale? Thanks.

Not sure $500-600 i'd imagine, but shipping is gonna be astronomical as i've shipped a hood before. Let me ask him if he'll ship it, because he may not wanna deal with the hassle.

And speaking of which, whatever happened to that one poster who a few months ago was claiming that he would be able to easily find a <35k mile Evo IX RS for less than what he paid for his GR Corolla? Did he find his deal of the decade or did he concede that we knew what we were talking about?

Thanks I am super excited about finding a decent IX RS. The guy I bought it from had purchased the car from the original owner to flip. I was lucky to find the post after only being listed a few days. The car is stock beside the junk hood it had on it, a cat back exhaust, and that factory wing that someone put on it. With that said I still paid more for it than the original factory price, the car has a little over 89k miles, it was a California car and is in pretty good condition. It did need a transfer case when I bought it that's why it is on jackstands now I had shepard transmission rebuild it. Maybe I paid too much but I am happy to have a wicked white IX RS.

Good for you! That’s pretty darn close to stock, and probably the most stock one you’ll see on the market… unless I ever decide to sell mine :P
