Hello there, I have just been gifted my sons 2010 EvoX, I have driven many road tracks in different cars and am looking at what I should do to upgrade my Evo for great track days and also to still be able to drive it on the road? thanks

Do whatever maintenance is due and take it to the track as it sits. You'll get a feel for what you want more of after a few times taking it out as is.
That said, I would say the basics are tires, coilovers, and then more power either through just a tune or some go fast parts like fuel system and possibly turbo.
