Hello Everyone,

figured this was the best place to introduce myself

i have been lurking here on and off for a year now and finally got my chance to post something.

Last night i picked up a brand new Evo X GSR with the Handling Package ( i guess as its known in Canada)

It's PB and i LOVE IT!!!

I wasn't even really looking for a new car but my wife was and it was between three cars.

VW Jetta
VW Golf\Rabbit
Subaru Impreza
Mitsubishi Lancer SE

where im from all these dealerships are on the same strip and you can just bounce in and out of them at ease.

well when it was all said and done we ended up at the mitsu dealership last and thank God for that cause it was the best crew of people working at a dealership i have ever had the experience of dealing with.

the guys were Great answered every question i had and really knew there product, they let us test drive anything we wanted and gave us really great Deals.

My wife ended up with a WW Lancer Sportback GTS

i was originally going after a Black Ralliart with the premium package but for the longest time i wanted an EVO and the one in the showroom kept calling my name so at the eleventh hour i changed my mind and went with that....yes i am missing a few creature comforts from the Ralliart BUT when i drove the EVO it was night and Day...no offence to Ralliart owners, it is an amazing car and was hell bent on getting it, but my need for the EVO was just to great!

my wife and i are really happy with our choices and I look forward to reading up on here and gathering as much info as i can

Sure i have plans for mine, my wife on the other hand....doubtful

she still doesn't understand why i made her get the GTS with paddle shifters
