I have the Progress springs for my 02 Lancer and I like them, they give you a pretty nice drop too...

The Tein S-Tech springs are good - biggest drop. Like 1.8" in front, 1.5 in rear. You can get them at Adventon for like $154 with shipping. If you want adjustable, go with the basic coilover kit.

Edit: -1.8" in front, -1.1" in rear. According to Adventon.com

JDM stands for Japanese Domestic Market our cars aren't 100% JDM they put cats and other safety features on the ol lancers when they hit the shores.

i have progress springs work pretty well... With the springs + 40 series tires... yowza def. a little rougher on the ol ****, so be prepared for that... you should also check out the eibach pro lowering springs too... i wouldnt bother with the sprint springs.
