Shift knob selection

I would like to replace my factory shift knob with a metal or plastic one. I really like the Integra Type R titanium knob and would like something close to it.

My criteria are

1) Must be a direct fit screw on type
2) Must be smooth (either a ball or some ovoid shape)
3) Made of metal preferably

Anyone who has a shifter of this description please post where you got it and how much.

Thanks a bunch
Alan

The mitsu aluminum knob is a decent piece, a bit overpriced, but I am pleased with it.

I have a team voodoo aluminum ball shift knob. it's screws on perfect, its metal, round, and clearcoated to provide a SMOOTH feel. only downside is that it gets rather hot ....even if it wasn't in direct sunlight.... I think it comes from the drivetrain heat from the shifter shaft.

i have the metal oem one and love it FFDC. screws right in and gives a quick shift since it sits noticably lower than stock.

I have the greddy counter weighted knob and love it. Screws right on, feels great and looks very clean. I think it was around $50-$60 bucks. You can get it directy from Greddy

WORKS has a nice one. It has good weight so you can bang through the gears. Its called "Grab". It costs a little bit less than the Mitsu knob.

Check it out here > WORKS

i love the stock leather one... BUT if i were to go after market it would definately be a toss up between the aforementioned WORKS knob and the KARTBOY one.

I have the Razo 340g nob. Much much heavier than the stock nob, more comfortable, and direct fit

The Type R titanium one you refer too is made by Skunk2. I've searched everywhere for this one in our application but have yet to find it. According to the website they produce one for our thread pitch. They are really nice, heavy and good finish. BTW, they are made from solid brass.
