I have both the GReddy 440 gram polished aluminum knob (from Z-1 Performance) and the Razo 340 gram Shorty knob (from Lancershop). The GReddy is a direct fit and has a very substantial feel to it. The only problem is that it gets hot as all get out in the summer heat, so I got the Razo as a seasonal replacement. I think I like the Razo even more, owing to its pistol-type grip. The leather surround keeps the aluminum from getting too hot. It's not quite a direct fit, as you have to add an adapter sleeve (using one screw), but it goes on easily and has remained perfectly tight in the month that I've had it on. Both are superior to the stock knob, which is too small and light.

Is the Team voodoo a direct fit? Also, did you notice any difference with shifter feel as I know the Team voodoo knobs supposedly lower the shifter height be about an inch.

razo does get really hot. Wish it was silver or white. It wont be so hot, but can't get away from the steel knob being hot.

yup, direct fit...perfect actually.... It's a teenee bit easier to throw the shifts in and the height feels the same cuz the knob is bigger than OEM.... what I really like though, is that clear coats SMOOTH finish in the palm of my hand...you get a feeling of freshly waxed paint after hour of work every time you shift....SWEEETTTT....
