I changed mine out around that mileage. I'd have to go back to my log and see exactly when I changed it. It is absolutely scary to see how much metal filings are caked on the magnetic plugs on the tranny, transfer case and rear diff.

Eeeek, I don't want to hear this *lalalalalalalala* -- anyone else seen this ? (This is on my list of things to do when I get home from the business trip I'm currently on ...

Thats what I've been hearing. I hope this is normal with all those metal shavings. Is it pretty easy to change out the fluid. Is it hard to change out the fluid in all of these places? I've never done it before.
