Need advice for getting Evo.

Hi all.
This is my first post. Peace to all.
I am planning to get EVO8, but my concern is about the new MR.
Should I wait or just get the 04 Evo?
I read some threads that some people get their evo for as low as $27.2K
How about the new MR? will there be mark up price?
Thanks fellow...

i agree with holeeray, but yes a standard evo (which is still badass) you may be able to get around $26 before ttl (well that's what i did at least)....

The sticker on a new MR will be over $32,000. Here is the thread..............

Doesn't matter, they're all super good, go into dealer and see which one u can get at the best price and get it. If they're being a ***** about the MR markup, get the evo, if you can get the MR's markup down quite a bit, then get that. but I wouldn't suggest spending more than 37K OTD.

Money Factor - Low
Residual Value - High

That'll do...

EVOCT ... IMO it really depends on what you intend to use your Evo for and what you plan on doing to it. Personally, if I had to do it again, I would probably opt for an '04 RS with AC and sink between 3 and 5K of mods into, end up with a kick *** Evo that will smoke a stock MR and still be thousands cheaper.

it wont be hard to find a dealer selling an MR for just retail no mark-up.

Yeah, that's for the MR, but I still agree with what Ludikrant says, you can put a few thousand dollars of mods into a base RS/normal evo and get 400+ whp and rape stock MR's, while still saving u 3-5 K. And the grey is the special MR color, yes.

I might wait...05 normal evos will come with a front LSD from the factory whereas 03/04s do not have it.

the MR is crap! it costs more and have a ACD big deal! the ONLY thing i like is that it has a 6speed trans. and i bet the highway RPMs are still high. get the reg EVO. get a TEIN coilovers and BPU. and you will have an MR.

why upgrade factory upgraded parts its just plain stupid!
