ROCK ON EVO PO-PO! Well, at least you wont have to worry about being outrun in a highspeed chase...should you for some reason be driving your evo. Also make sure you give those STi owners a hard time...haha just kidding man. Good to have you, ever in NC shoot me a line.
EVO POLICE, can you explain to me if I get cought for speeding, (I'm not talking 20 or 30 over but around 10 over the limit) and I ask a cop for the gun read out some of them go balistic explaining that they don't have to show me ****. Same concept with the radar gun calibration.
2nd question is there any law that states the police have to prove the driver was going so and so if asked for? Reason I ask is because I travel a lot to PA from NY through NJ and I know a lot of them are just pain in the *** and don't want to hear anything.

Well in my case last night on 9-22-04 I got myself a first speeding ticket. My case was, I was going around 38 on a 25 mph zone or so the officer said. Damn not even a warning for me. As I was waiting for him to come back for my insurance card I was hoping to get a warning but instead it was a speeding ticket that was $132.00. before he fled he asked me so was that the first time I got a ticket? Yes. Then he told me about talking to a judge about a diversion something something that would sort of bail me out if I keep my record clean for a year. so what's my chance of getting out of this one scot free Mr. Police?
What pissed me off the most was how is it that a cop get to speed freely without blinking the lights and siren? About 3 mile down the road heading back home I saw a car coming toward me pacing slowly and the next time I looked he flew by me and what do I know it was another cop going at the speed of about 70+ mph at a 50 mph zone without blinking the lights and siren. I was like

Yeah, I'm here in OKlahoma...cops here combat racers and anyone who has a car that doesn't look like your grandma's sedan...by giving silly tickets...like failure to signal-in a damn parking lot...while parked. I got one for Excessive speeding for doing 27 in a 25 here on Capmus @ OU. Damn bored cops. Not all cops are like this...but enough to ruin the publics beliefs that cops are at all human or fair. Just my 2cents.
Welcome Evo Police! We need more sweet cops like you who actually like imports and don't bust our b8lls just because we drive a car that looks fast. Props
Enjoy that MR!

wing question
question mr evopolice.
i know this scenario was posted before.. about the guy that got ticketed for his wing.. if you get a letter from the dealer saying it wasn't an aftermarket... do you still have to pay court fee for that, being that the cop made a mistake?

As a police officer, if you ever have any questions with fines, or tickets or those famous ones that us police officer gives you " work repair order for your tint, spoiler" etc... I'll try and help you out with these issues.
Look forward to getting my car and being apart of this forum...
