****{{Cusco Evolution X LSD Type RS 1.5 Way w/AYC***}}}

Cusco LSD Type RS 1.5 Way for Mitsubishi Evolution X CZ4A w/o AYC

Cusco's Limited Slip Differentials

Type RS- Low initial torque type using RS springs.
Type MZ- Initial torque created by the cone plates.

The Type RS for low initial torque. With the Type RS, the initial torque is absorbed by the RS springs threfore the initial torque come on gently compared to the Type MZ which comes on stronger as it uses cone plates and response of the LSD is better, as the friction is lower.

* Lower initial torque
* Lower power loss
* Reacts well to delicate pedal work
* Durable and develops initial torque steadily

Three ways to set your Cusco Limited Slip Differentials: One way, 1.5 way and two way

One way LSD. Specially suited for front wheel drive cars and 4WD car front axles. Activates under accleration, and acts as a true LSD when the throttle is off. A great chance for improved lap times. A Cusco original design.

1.5 way LSD. Activates under acceleration while the understeer is less than on the 2 way LSD. Recommended for drivers having difficulty with 2 way LSD understeer and one way LSD braking.

2 way LSD. Recommended on the front axle for rear drive cars. Activates on both acceleration and deceleration. Recommended for those who prefer hot driving action and big angle drift.

One LSD, Two Ways to Enjoy. With Cusco's LSD, you may change the setting during your overhaul with no additional parts required.

With Cusco's One Way LSD you can adjust the Angle of Action with a Two Cam Type for FWD Cars.

Response and durability have been greatly improved with Cusco's unique and original groove technology. Cusco's MZ plate grooves are cut radially enabling istant oil movement and improved efficiency and durability. The MA plate surface is polished for an even contact with the pressure rings. Also, Cusco's Oil Through System enhances the efficiency performance.

Improved Strength and Reliability. Cusco's Oil Through System was possible by using high quality chrome molybdenium steel. The internal side gears and pinion gears used are precise forged parts that enable compact yet durable gears that are able to cope with high horespower applications. This is turn increases oil capacity as well as the number of MZ clutch plates taking the load off each plate, for further durability.

Maintaining Stability and Performance. Cusco's unique Oil Through System enables beter il flow inside the LSD for better efficiency. The casing made from Cusco's unique technology allows the oil to flow from the wide end to the pressure rungs and the MZ clutch plate for efficient lubrications. Making the LSD more stable and durable.

This was only possible with Cusco's unique technology in manufacturing chrome molybdenium stell casings and gears that enabled a higher level of durability and a better flow of oil due to the large oil openings.
