Question.... With a good core, does it get shipped to you and then you build mine, or am I putting down the money, you build and ship me a block then I send my stock block back? also, what's the average turnaround time?

The turn around time varies so often it won't be known until you place your order. Right now on EVO blocks it is 4-6 weeks, EVO X Stage 1's 4-6 weeks, and EVO X Stage 2's about 8 weeks.
For EVO X you have the option to buy a new block or send yours in. If you buy a new block we will buy your block/crank back for around 1400-1500.

All the blocks on the site are listed for a ballpark of 650whp. From the results you've seen, with a black, whats going to give me the best performance for the money...? Does the 2.2 make enough more torque to be worth the money? I see the 2.2 also utilizes the Manley crank... I have yet to read anything negative about the stock crank holding up...

Well if you want to step up to a 2.2 you will need to go with an aftermarket crank, it will definitely give you more torque over the factory 2.0L, while not hurting your rev limit very much. You can still rev just like you could a 2.0L.
If you plan on maxing out the black, I would recommend going up to a stage 2, at any displacement.
