Exedy Twin Plate Cerametallic Clutch Kit (Heavy Duty) EVO 10

For high-powered applications EXEDY offers Multi plate clutches. These are designed for hot street action as well as drag, road, and rally racing. All of our multi plate clutches come with a lightweight chromoly steel flywheel, and the famous purple anodized forged aluminum clutch cover. Depending on the application, both strap drive and lug drive models are available. All have T5001 cerametallic friction materials for extreme heat resistance. The multi plate clutches are rated up to 800+ foot pounds of torque at the flywheel. And come with spring damper or solid discs depending on the application.

Fidanza 4.3 Clutch Kit (5spd) EVO 10

This is one mean clutch. Your footwork better be good, it’s no walk in the park. Just because it has a torsion damper like the Three Point Two doesn’t mean it drives like it. Those are ceramic buttons attached to that puck. They provide quite a grip upon engagement. That means power is planted straight to the pavement. Don’t be scared though, it’s not going to give you a larger left leg.

All our engines are hand assembled at AMS using the same care as the engine in our 1142 awhp, world record holding AMS Drag EVO. Every motor is balanced, blueprinted and assembled to AMS’ exacting standards.

Before assembly each block is checked for correct dimensions, cylinder bore, mains, block flatness, etc… to ensure you get the best foundation for your new engine. Every engine we assemble has a build sheet where tolerances, torque specs, and clearances are documented.

CBRD Radiator EVO 10
Lightweight Aluminum High Performance Evolution X Radiator-

This is a factory replacement CBRD Aluminum high efficiency radiator that will allow the mounting of the stock fan shrouds. Evolution X's have shown signs of overheating issues at the track and we have addressed this with our performance radiator.

With a much higher efficiency core that also offers less of a restriction behind the intercooler, this radiator cools 35% better than the factory unit.

Buschur Stage 3 2.0 Shortblock (priced with good core) EVO 10



It is finally here. What all of the serious Ralliart customers have been waiting for.... a Buschur built bottom end so they can continue to push the limits of the 4B11T.

After much testing of the piston/rod combination in many cars across the world we are now confident enough to offer the parts for high horsepower builds in a drop in shortblock package.

We will be offering the engines using brand new blocks and crankshafts for a very low price of $4400. NO CORE REQUIRED!

We will also offer the engines built with your good shortblock and crank cores for only $2900.

The engines are machined to accept our ultra high strength custom JE pistons that we have been using since the release of the Evo X. This is not a new piston design we are praying works out, it's already proven. The rods are a custom Manley (Made in USA) rod, which have also been in use since the release of this new engine platform. The factory crankshaft is balanced along with the rest of the rotating assembly to ensure smooth high RPM operation.

The 4B11T is a very strong shortblock to begin with and the power and abuse they can withstand is amazing. We have decided because of the strength and abuse that the factory shortblocks have taken over the last 2 years that the best route to take is to leave the strenght of the factory block intact and not machine half of it away to replace the factory cylinders with after market sleeves. We have just not seen any cylinder damage or bore distortion in the 4B11T even under rediculously abusive conditions.

ARP Main Stud kit EVO 10



This ARP2000 main stud kit includes a set of ten, M10 ARP2000 main studs, a set of ten, M8 ARP2000 main studs, twenty 8740 chrome moly steel 12 pt nuts and a 1/2 oz. pack of ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant. All Pro Series ARP2000 studs are centerless ground, heat treated prior to thread rolling and machining, and are nominally rated at 220,000 psi. These fasteners deliver a 50% increase in tensile strength over the OEM main bolts.

Brian Crower Stage 3 Race Camshafts EVO 10



The 4B11T is the first engine in the Lancer Evolution series that uses a die-cast aluminum cylinder block versus the cast-iron block used in the previous turbocharged 4G63 engine that powered all previous models. The engine weight has been reduced by 26 lbs compared to the 4G63, even with the addition of a timing chain instead of a belt and MIVEC continuous variable valve timing on both the intake and exhaust camshafts (the 4G63 had MIVEC valve timing & lift switching type on the intake only). A revised turbocharger offers up to 20-percent quicker response at lower engine speeds compared to previous 4G63. The 4B11T offers a broader torque curve, producing more torque than the 4G63 at all engine speeds, helped by the engine's square bore and stroke design (both measure 86.0 mm). Redline starts at 7,000 rpm, with a fuel cutout at 7,600 rpm to protect the engine. A semi-closed deck structure, an integrated ladder frame and four-bolt main bearing caps contribute to engine strength and durability. Unlike the 4G63, the 4B11T does not use a balancer shaft. Aluminium is used for the timing chain case and cylinder head cover. The engine features an electronically controlled throttle, an isometric short port aluminum intake manifold and the stainless steel exhaust manifold is positioned at the rear of the engine. The use of a direct-acting valvetrain (buckets) eliminates the need of the roller rocker arm configuration previously used in the 4G63 and its valve stem seals are integrated with the spring seats.

Cosworth 94mm Stroker Connecting Rods EVO 10



he connecting rod is the vital link between the piston and power. When engine output is increased, the demands placed on the connecting rod increase as well. To ensure engine reliability in all conditions, original connecting rods should be replaced with heavy duty specification parts. Cosworth Forged Connecting Rods are manufactured from high strength 4340 (EN24) steel and machined to exacting tolerances.
