ive heard that there are two modes. one that flashes your ecu, and one that just over rides it (im guessing similar to a piggy back). can you shed some light on this?
my main concern is if it raises the sum count in the ecu.

I haven't heard anything about running it as a piggy-back. It says its nothing like a piggy back and they stress that alot on their website!

Called cobb, they state that the sum count will not be affected or raised. They said the dealership is highly unlikely to find out that it has been flashed.
There is an option to download your stock map to reload it before heading to a dealer!
