ETS - The BIG 3.5" EVO Exhaust System that could!

Since these aren't as well known as some of our other products I wanted a thread in our section to showcase them. They are truly a work of art in the big power department!

If you're planning to make big power now or in the future, this system will ensure that your exhaust won't need upgraded again later. There are tons of other 3" exhausts available, and as always, we strive for the next best thing with the best value for our customers' performance buck in mind.

The system uses an Aero-Turbine muffler (www.aero-turbine.com) which has a very cool and unique internal design. We encourage anyone to check our their website to find out why we chose it for the highest possible flow. The muffler utilized in these systems has a 4" inlet so the almost dead straight pipe routing actually expands to 4" just before the muffler :O The tip is 4" as well and exits at a 15 degree angle out and upward. The entire system is 100% SS and uses a semi-truck clamp (prevents leaks at joints because cab movement is independent of motor movement) that will take all the tightening force a 1/2" impact gun can apply. No exhaust leaks here!

Another cool feature is the slotted rear hanger which allows you to position the muffler perfectly in your exhaust opening. Got a JDM rear bumper? We have a version that fits them perfectly and it is available at no additional cost

Pricing is as follows!

3.5" Cat-Back System - $699

3.5" Downpipe-Back System - $749 (can be made to fit directly up with our T3 or T4 turbo kit or 3" OEM replacement downpipes)

3.5" Turbo-Back System - $1099

Tom

We built all the parts for them before we went direct to public so that's why they look the same

Here's an installed shot on my EVO

The scavenging effect of a properly sized NA exhaust is a concept that doesn't apply with turbocharged vehicles where the exhaust system is concerned. That is the job of the manifold on a tubocharged vehicle which is EXTREMELY important, but another discussion entirely. That scavenging effect you're referring to is exactly why it's so crucial that a turbo manifold use equal length, consistent volume runners that meet in a knife edged merge collector. In that design each pulse is able to create a vacuum in the other runners that physically sucks the exhaust gas out of the head. The exhaust gas has to "find its way" to the collector in an unequal cast design and then meets at random which is why our manifolds are a very beneficial upgrade from the stock cast style. The idea for the turbine outlet is the least possible backpressure in this case, thus the straight pipes out the front bumper from the turbine exhaust on most drag race cars.
