Tom earned my respect with his demeanor during the mud slinging lately by other vendors. I also have a lot of respect for Tom with his handling of my order and finding time to break the ice and chat a little on AIM. Tom is now my go to guy for parts I may need. Keep up the great work Tom!!

Tom does a great job keeping his cool unlike me i get to worked up. If you ever see me getting bent out of shape it has nothing to do with ETS. ETS service has been awesome for me also. Anything ive ever needed they have bent over backwards to take of it right away

....HOW bada$$ was the Civil War bro....the OSU fans went nuts when we won the game. I felt like i was going to get beat up since i was wearing all OSU stuff when i went out to my suv after the game. I did get some looks though............but who cares..........GO OSU .
