Question about ETS Exhaust

Question about ETS Exhaust
I see on ETS' website that you can get their exhaust in 3" 3.5" and 4". Does that mean if i get the 4" that i can mate it up to a 3" test pipe and down pipe?
Simply put, yes 
We can use a standard 2-bolt 3" flange and expand the system thereafter to 4", or leave it 4" for a slip fit or V-band connection in a race application.

I will get a 4" system just b/c I can and it will be soooooooooooooooooo loud...it will be awesome.
