Wondering what kind of numbers people are putting out with this turbo on pump and race gas.

i built a car with a ets 57 trim kit, a magnus cast manifold, and e85. Put down 475 on stock evo 8 cams

The car runs 30 pounds on a stock motor. The reason it does not have cams is due to the fact that we thought s2's would put us over where we felt it was safe to run a stock motor at.

The turbo is surgy but it makes good power and does not spool to bad. If you are getting it for a good price jump on it.

i used to own a 57 trim....i love it. Put down 402whp and 347wtq. It was at 24 psi of boost pump gas 92 octane.

A lot of people don't like them because they surge. I would assume that is what they are talking about.

man i loved my 57trim... search boostgotmelaid on streetfire.net ull see why watch the vid

i made around 450 on 24 pounds i ran race gas and boosted 29 30 pounds man it was a beast never got dynoed but was pulling cars i wasnt suspose to be pulling but didnt last long with so much boost evergreen has it getting rebuilt so its not a long lasting turbo for sure with lots of boost but i liked it when it lasted..

ive had a 57trim for awhile and never had surging mabe cause they were on stock ecu idk

Correct, it has to do with the surge issue and there not being an option for an anti surge cover. The new 6057 looks like it might be a good turbo to go with =)

well i already have the turbo i bought the kit off of a friend with low miles for $1,800 its a shearer kit but a ets 57 trim. he sold his evo 8 and went to the X. so it was a good deal. and for now im going to run it and later step up to the 35r.
