Hey guys,

Some of you might have emailed in and received a response saying that I'm out of the office until the end of the month. This is true. I was involved in a car accident a few years back and just had surgery to help remedy some of the pain I've been dealing with for the last few years.

Recovery is going well on my end, so I've actually been able to respond to emails and pm's must faster since i'm stuck at home in recovery. (During the evening)

During the day I have a lot of physical therapy, exercises and recovery time so I've been having a couple of the sales reps at ETS answer my PM's and try to help you out on the forum.

If you don't see me respond in .2 secs, this is why Don't worry, I will still respond it just might take a little longer to get to the thread.

Thanks for your understanding and we still have a full staff building and shipping out your products as well as a sales staff to answer any questions you may have when calling in.
