Lancer Evolution Wagon [MERGED]
I hope the info they have is wrong. If nothing else, it's obvious from the increasing numbers of wagons (especially SUbaru) over the last few years and Dodge's release fo the Magnum, that peopl want wagons with some performance capabilities. Mitsu finally has the opportunity to come into a new market and be ahead of the game rather than just another unnoticed car company - I hope they take advantage of it.

In case anyone is interested, here are a few pictures of my friend's Evo Wagon. Sorry I didn't get more shots (more angles would have been nice). It was only my second time riding in an Evo (the first being a Japanese EVO VII), so I can't compare. But I did own an '05 STI, and I would love to have this car. I'm a wagon fan, and would even buy a Forester STI.

Wow
The more I seen that wagon the more I want to get one for my wife. Please
bring that bad boy over
By the way, that is a really good shot with the mountain (Mt. Fuji??) in the background with the snow and all.

From what ive researched, the extra weight of the hatchack is an added benefit to the handling of the car. Therefore, it doesnt lose seconds in track time, it actually is about the same even thought the hb is slightly slower by a few mseconds.

you americans should drive more wagons it's the best way to combine a lifestyle car with a sportive handling!

The subaru wrx wagon sells like crazy, if mitsu did some restyling as to make the back look not so square, im pretty sure people would be just as into the wagon too.
