Performance features of your BR330 package.
2.5 inch mandrel bent lightweight stainless steel downpipe.
3 inch mandrel bent lightweight stainless steel catback exhaust with polished muffler and 4 inch rolled tip.
High flow air filter.
Reprogrammed ECU to optimize fuel, ignition and boost curves.
Oil pan heat shield.
Polished stainless steel exhaust manifold cover.
Billet aluminum spark plug cover, with BR330 logos and serial number CNC engraved.
BR330 logos with serial number on both front fenders and rear deck lid.

MIVEC really doesn't interfere with any of those mods.
Just basic bolt-ons.

IX.

yeah, but the ECU might need a new 'learning' curve from the ECU mod guys due to the new parts in the turbo etc. which I can only assume required changes to the fuel / boost data in the IX.

i think the only time MIVEC will come into play is when companies are making cams.

From what I understand, the cars are in port just getting their final touches done before they are put on transports and trucked out to various dealerships around the country. If the cars are here, I'm sure someone could sneak a peek at a VIN. I've been told my IX MR will be here in 3 weeks. Not likely it could be built in Japan, put on a boat, unloaded, clear customs, and trucked to the Southeast US in 3 weeks.

I agree. I was told my IX MR will be here in 2-3 wks as well. The Japanese are good, but not THAT good.
