IX headlamps up close

Noticed that the non HID equipped Evo IX had integrated projector fog lamps while the HID equipped has integrated reflectors (same as VIII).

Did the VIII non HID have projector fog lamps too? They look great.

the viii non-hid had projector looking inlays instead of the fog lamps. so this doesn't sound like a change.

I'm getting an MR, I hear the HIDs add 20 pounds, I'd rather not have them.

Eh, I never felt underwhelmed by normal headlamps and I care more about weight than bling. So sue me.

I ripped 50 pounds of tar out from the trunk of my BMW and that was one of the happiest days of my life (exaggerating). ME = obsessed with light sports cars, but realizes an MR is a better deal than a Lotus.

I thought they required heavy transformers and circuitry and the like. Did you include all that in the weight you're talking about.

they require a ballast and a bulb...that's it. At best it weighs 5-10 lbs total
