Sorry if this info is already known by many, but I just wanted to share that the official production version of the 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X will be released at the 2007 Tokyo Auto Show. What this means, that all those many questions we all have such as weight, power, interior details, transmission options, price, and etc., will be answered on October 26th, 2007 at the Tokyo Auto Show.

Also there will be other much anticipated vehicles making their official release at the 2007 Tokyo Auto Show.

Many sources say the Evo X production debut will be at the 2007 Frankfurt auto show in Sept.

 

If that is true, then that is great. I am just going off of car and driver . Also it possible that Mitsubishi could release some info to magazines prior to it's official release.

"The optimists at Mitsubishi are working toward the original plan, which was for a Frankfurt auto show debut in September, But the realists suggest the car may not be ready in time, which slots it into the October Tokyo show."

So either way look for September/October time period for us to finally get the specs on the EVO X.
