im starting to like the new evo. The STi, on the other hand, still looks like crap to me.

I called it a year ago watch the hate turn into love once the car is out. All those haters talkin **** will eat their words soon.

 

For some reason it looks like an Srt version of an Evo

 

that evo is looking good, where as the sti... not so much.

I wonder if they keep those 2 cars off the 'Ring at the same time to keep the drivers from going at it.

 

Look at those pics of the Evo again. That's two different cars! I noticed it when I saw the Telemetry cable going under the hood from the passenger seat in the first two. On the third I noticed it was gone and took a closer look. The first two are LHD, the third is RHD. Now that's interesting.

Man, I can't wait!

 

Yes, they are different.
In the first two pics, the color is dark grey.
The third and forth, it is black.

 

AT first glance they appeard the same color.. The diffuse lighting isn't all that great for shots like that.

Hmm.. What's that black blob behind the windshield near the rearview mirror? It looks like it's part of the car, not something stuck on for the tests.

 

Evo still > STI. Personally, I think the new Evo is great! It'll be parked next to the IX.

 

Or you could have just seen the different license plates...

The new X looks better every time I see it on the road (and not that dumb red color). Hopefully the engine backs up the looks.

Seems they are GSR and MR trims. GSR with different wheels and no sunroof, MR with BBS and sunroof.
