What will be your long term power or speed goals for evo X?

I'd like to put mine in the 11s, keep it relatively reliable, and streetable.

I'd also like to keep the low end torque as good as stock, if not better.

 

Max. torque and midrange response on stock turbo.

 

I want it to scare me.

Though I think I want between 350 and 400 awhp.

Coilovers so I can raise and lower the car for winter/summer.

And 275s or wider for the summer.

 

My EVO VIII to own all EVO X''s.

 

Of course, because the Evo community needs the infighting.

 

I want to keep it stock for a while (like 8,000-10,000 miles). Then I figured I was going to start modding slowly, maybe like 3" downpipe, tune, all the small mods first. I want to make it sort of a sleeper, as much as I'd love to see some Volk SF Challenges on an EVO X, I want to hide that its modded, but I bet once I see some modified X's I'll probably give it and drop it (most likely coil overs) and some rims

I'll probably be content with somewhere in the 350whp-400whp range

 

I want to take off the Triple Diamond emblem and switch it to an H

 

Replace the side mirrors with smaller ones.
The stock mirrors are so big and square.
They drag the car down.

It's going to be my daily driver most likely. The VIII will be the weekend/track warrior. So, I intend to leave it as stock as possible. At the most, 3" exhaust, flash, and done.

 

HONDA YOOOO I'm gonna add V-tec instead of Mivec to the engine because it adds at least 50 hp and kicks in harder

 

If I end up in a evo x , I'd like 350+ whp... Reflash, turbo back, minor mods if they can get me close

 

For the first year I will only do cosmetic mods, then later when more performance mods are available I will want to make it do 350 WHP and maybe dip in to 11 sec
