yeah that looks pretty good...too bad theyre all overseas though and not in the states like anything else

 

But this one was just in concept form although it formed basis for the Pajero Evo MPR12 (or MPR11, don't remember exactly) vehicle for the Dakar Rally. Anyway, this thing had a 4.7l V8 and I am more than sure that if Ralliart would get through with it and apply some turbos to it it would leave the Cayanne (which is considered the fastest production SUV in the world although it has limited off-road capabilities) in the dust. Anyway, I don't understand Mitsubishi NA tactics, they all cry about how low the Mitsu sales are here but even the freaking last generation European base lancer had a NA 4G63 engine inside and we got stuck with the left overs. Then there is the Triton, Grandis, Colt, Outlander Turbo.....

We saw this back at SEMA last year and talked to Mitsu about it. While they did not rule it out all together in some form, it was pretty much out of the questions and jsut a design project.

I believe the seats are a variant of what the evo X is getting

 

thanks for the post...it would def be cool to see out in production as well as an endeavor version of it and i think they would do fairly well with their sales if they sold them in limited amounts but oh well it was good to see it around

 

Yeah, I totally agree with you on the turbo montero, and on another note........to sell cars in north america mitsu needs to appeal to all people and make a wider selection for all of thier cars....which is what they're trying to do (I think....),If they made all of their cars as awesome as the Evo, they would sell......IMO they need to make sporty versions of ALL their cars, and also luxury versions.....and something in between with the right mix of speed and luxury.......And we know they can do it.......It would be awesome to see a Galant smoke an S-class, and an Eclipse smoke a Vette

 

Pretty sure they are the same exact seats, except for the design in the center. I'm better the X will get those exact Evolander seats. Recaro Sportster CS with black leather on the outside and suede in the middle.
