Nice, can't wait for TopGear to do a head to head comparo between the X and new STi

 

i used to think the styling was pretty decent, but after seeing that, it does not impress me

 

i actually like the STI model. the models with smaller wheels and no body lines look like crap..

Interesting hearing an engine that doesn't go brrrrr shh brrrrrrrr shh (my impersonation of a their boxer engine lol )

I HATED the new wrx until I saw it in person, I'm sure the sti will be the same way.

 

i kinda start like it. i had long time ago a Lancia Delta Integrale Evo 2. Since then i' attached to the hatchback....

 

My only huge qualm with the car is the tail lights.

I actually like the hatch look. I'm sure it'll look very nice in black or that real dark grey Subaru uses.

 

+1, they really need to something about those tail lights. Currently, they look like the tails found on the TC. I do however like the fact that they've tuned the exhaust to eliminate the 'boxer' engine sound. It's gonna be a tough decision between this and the X

 

Back in the day, 4 doors and a "hatch" was Mom and Dad's station wagon.
