I think you are close enough, I am guessing 33k for GSR and 37K for MR, without option package. But you may already know the MR come with performance package( two piece rotor,BBS wheel,Beilstein shock & eibach spring) and appeal package( body color vent, chrome trim).

Smile Price difference

wassup dudes, I don't believe any price details have been confirmed for US/Britain or anywhere else outside of Japan... but whilst I'm in the talking mood, I want to put things in perspective for all of you guys from the who moan about the evo being too expensive, and paying $40,000 is too much for a mitsubishi etc... In the UK the new evo's sell for around £30,000 for base GSR model. it goes upwards from there... so come on, even if you are paying like $40,000 thats like around £20,000! so you guys are getting a pretty sweet deal,.. I know you don't get the same spec as us like AWC, AYC, or FQ upgrades but still, plus this time you are getting basically the same car as the rest of the world, thats got to be a good thing... I don't know why there is such a price difference!.. I got a feeling since your getting S-AWC and the rest the evo x might be a bit more expensive then the outgoing 9's... just a thought... Apparently in the UK there is no mention of a MR as far as I know, but as some might know we have FQ series and I've heard we are getting a base FQ300, an FQ330 and the range topping FQ360.. Not sure if this is set in concrete but is whats been said by one or two mags over here, and also the UK evo x gets the BBS rims, bilstein suspension, HID headlights, and leather on all models, although can't be 100% about the leather... I can't wait for the X to hit our shores! bring it on!!

this might take this subject off just abit, but i think now that i keep looking at the screen shots of what is coming out, vs. the GTS. and i kinda wish they made a Coupe variant. Wouldnt surprise me if Subaru's next FU is gonna be just that. a sick sick sick coupe.

lol relax talking just looks people, not performance.

Evo rules out

well according to few Mitsu dealers on East Coast, msrp for base GSR is $35k, and base MR $40k ... Each one has 2 versions, so guess what you will have to pay for premium edition of each ...

The Road & Track article based their prices on the as-tested Japanese model, whose RS starts at $30k. There is no RS model slated for the U.S.
