2010 Evo X SE

I am looking to purchase a 2010 X within the next few months, but before I do, I wanted to see if Mitsu was gonna pull the SE card similar to what they did in late 06' with the IX SE. After consulting with my potential dealer and further verification with their contact over the weekend, they confirmed that there will be an SE package available this year. I am trying to get a copy of the build sheet now, but from what he read off to me, the package will include the following:

GSR SE
- SST
- Bilsten
- 2 pc front rotors
- Spoiler Delete (Lip option)
- Cloth/Leather Heated Recaros

Will get more info as to how soon they will be available. Unfortunately for me, I am looking to have a manual tranny so this package just wont work.

weird.. sounds like bs to me.. the only reason they did an SE for the 06 was because of some airbag law that all cars needed by the 07 model year.. so they made it an "06 SE"

So i just got back from the dealership and was given a printout of this info, it wasnt a build sheet, but appears to be info on how they are going to moved forward with the SE model. I was told that they will only be available in the SST model, but i am hoping that will change. I was also told that they are only shooting for a production of 300 SE's... Oh well, thats all i have. If anyone knows anything different or further, let me know because i hope to shoot for mine soon. Thanks!

SST only, lame. Kind of like an MR without the BBS rims.

Exactly what I'm telling myself, it's like they're saying lets put some BS on the market so they can't say we didn't do anything. Hopefully they have much more planned than this "SE" model line, its really just an MR people.

For me, I would like a MR Touring w/o the sunroof. Hopefully, the MR SE will have this option

This is such a BS way of TRYING to gain more sales on Mitsu's part. Man, just come out with some info on whether or not a 2011/2012 update is coming! Everyone else is doing it!
