As said before... don't worry guys... this was just a test bed to demonstrate Mitsubishi's MiEV system.

Electric cars just don't sound as good. I know its the future, but I'll always miss the sound of internal combustion...

I still dont think it would be practical for things such as long road trips.

 

Even worse than the evo X.. sheesh

 

So what exactly is the other four wheels suppose to accomplish? I don't think i'd like to see this or any other variant of it on the road. Having any evo next to this thing is just wrong, even if the tech is going to be inserted, why compare now? its like apples and oranges?

okay guys... this is not an EVO; its a university project and their actually trying to compare the electronic cars manual transmission to the EVOs AWD transmission..by they way i think this might be an old vid....

 

Why is it that almost every electric or hybrid car has to look like complete crap? There are a few exceptions, but very few. I read that Mitsubishi was going more green and getting rid of the Evo . I just can't believe that this is what replaces it. No power # could get me to drive that thing.

About the only upsides to electric cars is they are TQ monsters. I watched a documentary about the brand new Tesla, pretty sick. Also read an article in Car&Driver magazine about the new plans for Ferrari's new electric/hybrid car, it is faster than the gasoline motor.
