This car is hideous
! I guess I'm going to reluctantly get a Prius or Mitsu's version of it eventually.
The one thing that bugs me about electric cars is that you can't hear them at low speeds. Does anybody else feel the same way? I almost got hit by one walking in a parking lot and they weren't paying attention when backing out of a parking spot. I wasn't paying attention either because I didn't hear it. I think I might have caused more damage to the car than it would have done to me. There was a movie, The Dilemma, where they were adding the sound and feel to an electric car of a real muscle car
Maybe I'm getting old, but WTF is the Automotive World coming to? Are we all going to drive Hybrids or Electric Death traps on the public roads? We will be able to still track our Evo's or will fuel be unavailable? Insight or speculation from some experts would be greatly appreciated.
Honestly, that looks like a fun car, but did they say 11.1 sec 1/4 mile time? It looked like a roll start, but I don't know much about drag racing. Nevertheless, for $150,000 it is
. If I spent 1/2 that, wait; 1/4 of that on my Evo, $37,500 ($15,000 Evo VIII + $22,000 mods + $500 government crap fees), I would imagine I'd get better 1/4 mile times.

BOOO is correct. Especially to electric cars. I dont want to plug a car in, and we run out of gas, someone comes and brings us more what will happen if you run out of electricity? You cant just really bring that. Like I understand a battery, but what will that get you like 10 feet. Ya know Just stupid.
Most significantly, however, Sharp’s 3D screens don’t require special 3D glasses. This makes them ideal for mobile devices like smartphones and the games consoles, but it also makes them ill-suited for use on larger screens like televisions. This is evident in many of the early reviews for the 3DS, which has what some reviewers call “a narrow sweet spot” outside of which the 3D image is disrupted.
