"Canadian money" is currently higher than the US dollar so this would make this Ralliart about $38k USD. We pay over inflated prices on all cars in Canada, a typical Evo runs $55-60k CDN, just to give you some perspective. Some manufacturers have adjusted the prices and others such as Mitsubishi have not.

Glad I got my Evo in the US, that's for sure.
