Remember these are dealer list prices. Bound to be high from Mitsu and will vary from dealer to dealer. And will most likely come down. Aftermarket, these parts are much less. From the dealer, everything costs more (whether rediculous or not.)
Vortex generator is listed as an accessory, MZ380295EX. It is, however, not available yet for order. $268.49 is CAD list, so take off 20% and you have american list pricing. Aluminum roof panel's part number is 5290A462, but is not available separately at this time. It deviates from standard part numbering because it has not yet been assigned a 'permanent' part number, this is the transitional part number, until they assign an MR/MN number to it.
Hope this helps.

I think it's supposed to be a wind-break for the back of your car. It mounts to the back of the roof, and is a series of small fins. I think it's supposed to reduce drag and make it easier for the wing to do its job. But what the hell do I know.
Scary thing is that vortex generator is actually tunnel tested probably. Most OEM aero parts are, which is why you tend to pay through the nose for them. I remember someone actually did attempt to verify the aero kit for the 350Z, and it did truly reduce the drag coefficient by 0.01 as advertised.
That vortex generator is a very simple mold job. You paid for the bloody testing really.
Asked my dealer... in the event I needed a replacement, the wheels are included in his usual discount. So if I need another wheel, it'll be $680 at most, not $850 for me.

The new MR wheels are 849.23 each and the part number is MN184113. The front Bilstiens are 637.37 each and the part number to those are MN101890. The rears are 512.78 and the part number is MN184113. These are just a few parts I looked up. No vortex generator..or different head and tail lamps as of yet....in the cataloging....that does not mean we won't get them...they will probably update it again when the 05's actually come out. But the selector switch was in the cataloging for the ACD and so was the 6th gear for the tranny, also the shifter for the 6spd was.
Thought everyone would like to know this....it is almost here guys....

i like how the MR interior dash looks, how the a/c climate control buttons look nicer and are relocated to the bottom and more room for the center console. Do you know if we can convert our 03 and 04 evo's to that?

if you mentioned the MR 6th gear for sale, then does that mean that the MR transmission is nothing more than the regular 5 speed with a 6th gear added (ie - overdrive basically)? I ask because this may confirm earlier reports of the MR transmission being in the same casing (housing) as the 5 spd.
