My dealer at Maywood Mitsubishi had leather placed on the purchase order, so I would think that the leather seats would be an add on.

that is an interesting point. i guess people who have strait hair want curly hair and people who have curly hair despertly want strait hair. Mitsubishi should switch market strategies. USA should get what japan and europe get and japan and europe should get what the usa gets, then everyone (or most people) whould be happy right? Probably not still.

I thought the MR had different suspension (bilsteins) and wheels too.

You are just rediculous. LOL
Are you being sarcastic!?

I like how you compare the MR in a bad manner as JUST a package just like Sun and Sound when it seems like all you really want is leather for it!!

You conveniently left out the Bilsteins, Aluminum Roof. I guess those aren't what makes the MR an MR. And the USA must want neither of these. Right?

Last time I checked, the Rims, Alu Rf, and Bilsteins are the only major mechanical differences the JDM MR has from the rest of the JDM Evo line up and we are getting all of these. Hmm, sounds like it has the things that make it an MR. Maybe not an JDM MR, but compared to the USDM evo it is no doubt a USDM Evo MR.

*snort* You're a chucklehead. Deserve has nothing to do with owning an MR. Buying one does. And if I want leather or if I want to fart in my seat, that's my choice. Sack up and have some priorities besides fan worship.

Talking

I am going to rip a HUGE FART on my MR seats, regardless of the material. Of course I would prefer to fart on my optional leather seating surfaces

Sorry to say, but the MR's won't have leather. Good thing I ordered the BRIDE leathers ahead of time.

Thats true have you ever seen the RB best motoring vid? there was a thread on this dl for it. If you have watched it you would notice that the top japanese drivers dislike the evo for all the electricaly controlled systems "it takes the fun out of driving the car" I for one am not displeased at all about not having ayc the only significant difference between us mr and jdm mr. So basicly if u can handle a us mr with extream precision. your driving skills have a leg up on the jdm drivers who are used to having the aid of ayc. IMO

Im trying to by a regular evo fully loaded with leather and moonroof, but i could do without the infinity sound, I only want leather cause i smoke and ciggarette burns only make the blue recaro fabric look even uglier. The stock leather is not bad but could be better. I think the fabric seats would look better in black.

Has anyone seen the package on the Porsche GT1, 2, and 3? Are those drivers complaining about luxury items?

Oh, do you mean the stock leather recaro race shells in the GT2? Or did you mean "a rooflining in stylish Alcantara. Decorative leather stitching adorns each of the door handles as well as the elegant arc of the handbrake lever. The bucket seats are finished in soft black leather..." on the GT3?
