CTS-V is comparable to an S4. Sort of.

 

I pray some how that there will be a gray evo MR some where during april 2005, cuz thats when I plan to buy mine

 

there are only 800 coming over, better move that purchase date up.

 

1000 coming to US. the CTS-V produces slightly more tire smoke.LOL its not a bad car but it feels very heavy in the steering.

 

i talked to a dsm from mitsu and he said 800 where did you here 1000?

 

1,000 MR's coming and I got that direct from Mitsubishi Motors North America PR.

 

public relations? did they tell you it would have blacked out headlights and black interior? which color are you getting?

 

I work at a dealer too...our dsm said 1000 MR's also!

That's already been discussed on this board. Mitsubishi has already posted pictures of the MR exterior and interior. Sorry I don't have the link, do a search under MR and I'm sure you will find it.

 

I only posted my source so you would know how legit the information was/is. Nothing personal, just correcting mis-information.

The cost to get DOT approval for a thousand unit run doesn't make good business sense and the MR lights are NOT DOT approved. The same goes for the seats, we get the big American butt seats that are different than the JDM counterparts. The cost for a thousand unit run just doesnt make good business sense and I personally would rather see the mechanical items over the visual given the choice.

 

well when i get mine i guess i can black them out myself and deal with the same seats i have now. never thought about the DOT approval.
