Not including the aluminum lightweight stuff that comes with the MR, but can the 6 speed, differential and things like that be easily put into a regular EVO? Alot of people say stay with the EVO and forget the trade, but horsepower isn't everything, I would rather have the handaling of the MR or at least come more closer to what it is.

unless you're a roadrace ***** it would not be worth it... get an RS if that's your game and save your $$$$ for mods and save weight... of course I may be biased

This is one of the great things about the evo....

Dont like the handleing? Get aftermarket suspension, I personally recommend Tein. It would cost more then its worth to switch everything out. Id stay with your current evo and mod it out...In the end, a fully modded 03, a fully modded 04 and a fully modded Evo MR will all perform the same way basically.

It doesnt matter about your starting stats, In the end what matters is the driver, the gear, and the experience. (Old mmorpg statement that applys here as well).

I think what this person says is true.. BUT...

In the end, only the driver matters.

evo transmission is crap. Ive never had such a sucky feeling transmission. Even after SS clutch line, Kartboy base and linkage bushings, Synchromesh, and adjusting clutch rod...the tranny still sucks and locks me out and doesnt go in gear smooth at ALL

I have 20,000 miles on my tranny and it is one of the nicest shifting trannies I have had. And yes it is modded and raced occasionally.
