Wideband o2 sensor placement, as well as knock sensor?

My Utec + tuner pro comes in tommorow, and was wondering where the ideal location for the wideband o2 sensor would be? Top of DP by 02 housing or before the first cat? The reason I ask is because my DP comes in next thursday, since I figured it was wise to put the bung on a 3" dp (!) as opposed to the stock one, so was wondering on placement of that. Also, would it cause any problems to place the wideband o2, asusming it's the same thread/pitch, where the 2nd o2 sensor goes til my DP comes in? Would it read correctly there? Just wondering where the ideal spot for it would be, and what's "acceptable".

Secondly, where is the stock knock sensor, as the instructions said to place the aftermarket knock sensor next to it? Thanks.

From what I heard from very knowledgable tuners and enthusiasts, the best place to weld on ur WB sensor is anywhere on your dp, before the cat. I'm going to weld mine on about 6'' from the elbow of the dp.

Well the most pertinent question right now is, since I don't run a cat, can I put the wideband where the stock 2nd o2 sensor went until my DP comes in?

Yes, you can.. Not sure how accurate the results will be, but it can't hurt anything to try it..
