SAFCI has only 8 points to set. Meaning that you can only pick 8 RPM points. Inbetween these points are an average of the 2 settings so not as accurate.
SAFCII has 12, meaning it is that much more accurate. It also has more features and shows engine knock as well.
Flash is best, infinately variable, more torque as it can control timing. Get a flash.
