I found something very odd. The percentage change of the maf doesn't match up with the dyno a/f. The dyno shows that it's going rich right after 4k but on the map and logs it shows that it's taking away fuel at 4k. It would be nice if you had a tuner pro to borrow and correlate airfuel to the logs aswell. I was going to suggest some changes, but when i saw the dyno, i don't know if that rich spot was caused by the string of "+3.2's" or if the dyno wb is late or whatever.

we'll see when you datalog tommorow, but at the moment, no. You still have that dip around 4k and we gotta sort that out.

I am sorry if it is not relevant (I don't have an UTEC until next week), but I see that your sig said you have 780cc injectors and your set your UTEC to 600cc?
It may be something that I don;t know, but I just want to bring it up.

the scaling isn't very good with larger injectors, so i was told to run it like that from a fellow member. and it seems to work the best right now.

i just changed my spark plugs again, and im going to flash my ecu to stock and change out my 780cc for the stockers. im going to run map 0, then run a moddified map for cams and stock injectors. if the utec works correctly, i will be replacing the injectors. probably some denso/greddy 680cc or 720cc. or the FIC 750cc.

Have you tried to lean out the area in question yet. I mean after all if it is going rich try and lean it out.

Thanks,
Jermaine

I may be mistaken, but if you set your injectors to 600cc and you actually running 780cc, doesn't it makes the ECU thought it's a smaller injectors and make your car goes too RICH in close loop? It might true during initial throttle tip in, and the ECU is adjusting the fuel in close loop.

Like I said, I know much about UTEC yet, but I am just speaking from my other EMS experience.

Yeah but if you use too large of a modified injector size you will lean out the closed loop operation too much.

Most of it is due to the slow injector on times.

Thanks,
Jermaine~
