keep getting fuel or boost cut?
No.. map is only needed for logging the boost, and running closed loop boost control.. You can use a boost reference for the maps, but its not used by default.
If you have no map sensor, then running closed loop boost control probably won't work right, or at least work strangely since it has no feedback.
Open loop fueling will only use the MAP sensor for the boost cut feature, if you don't have a map sensor, you generally just leave the setting alone or set it well above the settings so it never kicks in "randomly" and rely on MAF cut (which I think is set for "20" or 2000hz on OLF)

Yeah, unfortunately if you have a tuned map for the standard "Old style" tuning (MAF offset) then you'll need to retune the car.. you can't just enable it with that map, it'll likely be too rich or too lean at points.

Or get it base flashed , to remove fuel cut ..
.. Its unfortunate for you , to get retuned again ..Mark

Yeah, Mark has a good point, you can just get a simple flash to disable fuel cut and alter your rev limiter to a point that you want... at this point its up to you to decide what fits your needs best.
While there are other option's I would recommend being tuned with OLF Tuned on and the CLB feature active with a map sensor. The question is how much boost you are running. With 500's in the boost map it is no different from running 100's. The boost controller solenoid is basically not controlling boost at that point. I wouldn't be suprised if you are running in excess of 25psi.
I would immediately lower the boost values in the map to something around 78-82 or so. It's different on each car so start low.

the car is runnign very low boost actually, say 20psi. i talked to the guy who tuned my car and he believes i have a boost leak somewhere. from what he said that is why the injectors are maxed out because the maf is pulling in more air to compensate for the air that is not getting to the engine. therefore the engine is adding the adequite fuel for what the maf is pulling in instead of what it is actuall receiving. also thats why i am runnign so rich. we will put it back on the lift tonight and try and find it.
