Opinions on Power FC

Hey all.
What are peoples opinions on the Power FC, it looks like people are generally happy with them, and with my last car (silvia S15) a lot of people I know had them and loved them. Is it pretty much all good stories with the Evo 8? Any info you guys can share would be great

I am very happy with mine, but I would make sure that you are near someone that can tune with PFC or that you can tune the car yourself. I've seen some great deals on new PFCs on EBAY.

I love mine, you can get a flash but if you have a bov, it will stall the car sometimes. Then you could buy the HKS Electronic Idle Stablizer (EIDS) for $300 to correct it. the power fc is great, the RC Evo in the UK (one of the fastest evos in the WORLD) uses this management system. It is also nice that is can display knock, injector duty cycle, boost, ignition timing, etc. AND graph it at the same time. finding a qualified person to tune this can make a world of difference.

Yeah I know a lot of guys over here in NZ that swear by the Power FC, especially guys with Nissan silvias, they all love them. We are luck enough to have a guy over here who is very very good with the power FC, so tuning is no problems. thanks for the replies!

I do here in Detroit. In Texas there is Rotary Performance. Power FC works wonders. It's the only thing I use on the high HP cars.

got a question about the power fc. considering that it is a standalone fuel management system, do i need to buy all those extra sensors and knick knacks like the aem ems? or do i just pay the $1500 or so and im good to go?

D Jetro converts from MAF to MAP and comes with evertything necessary.
