My mods are:
-TurboXS HP Manual Boost Controller @ 22psi peak
-TurboXS UTEC - tuned for 93 octane & 22psi peak
-3" Exhaust Cutout on downpipe w/ 3" piping from turbo outlet
-Buschur Racing Air Filter Kit
-Buschur Racing Air Intake Pipe
-Buschur Racing Mini-Battery Kit
-Buschur Racing Deluxe Upper & Lower I/C Piping
-Buschur Racing Deluxe FMIC
-Crushed 1g DSM BOV w/ no leaks
-HKS 272/272 Camshafts
-ARP Headstuds
-Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
With a 50/50 mix of C16 (116 octane) and Shell 93 octane, I have a race map tuned to peak anywhere from 26 upto 30 psi (I usually keep it at 27 or 28 psi)... without a hint of knock. I was wondering what everyone else is peaking their boost at on race fuel?
BTW, in the beginning of May, I will be selling my UTEC (upgraded to 1.7) with my street map and race map for my mods, in case anyone's interested.

I peak about the same (26psi), intentionally tapering to about 23psi at redline.. However I found the 1G valve leaked no matter what.. when I switched to an HKS SSQV the boost went up a bit, and I had to turn the boost map down a bit.
The only difference is I'm not currently running aftermarket cams, and I use a water injection system and 93 octane.. I don't run this map most of the time.. I have a milder tune now since late last year when I might have hurt a piston (last run of the season)

you guys talking about the stock turbo?
I was running 24.5-25 when iu ran the 11.80. I turned it up to 27 and had terrible traction problems. Never any hint of knock. I can't even imagine 30psi.

with good tuning, no knock , its been down the the track about 60 times at 32 psi not including tuning...last weeks leakdown test reported less than 5% leakdown all 4 cylinders....but yes i would sat that may be the limit, ill find out as soon as i upgrade the turbo to something stupid
