My UTEC is stating this on the screen........I installed my tuner last night...was getting the #8 on the display...with the top red led flashing......I forgot to hookup the tuner harnes up....did that samething was happening...but this time I booted up my laptop and the screen was flashing this message.......

Did you buy this used?
It sounds like someone has put on a Tuner password or something like that. I recommend giving TurboXS a call!
