hey guys i just got to the dyno yesterday and tunned and everything went awsome.. i made 356/355 on 91 oct and 21 psi.. drove yesterday and it was all perfect.. well the car sat overnight and when i went to start it this morning it was very sluggish and bogged and woud die.. so instead of warming it up cause it would just die i tried ti kep it in high rpm and once it got a tiny bit warm it would idle and didnt die.....

and once its fully warm the car runs amazing is thier a ignition startup i need to adjust or someone have an idea on anything else?

It's probably the aftermarket intake and 272 cams? You will most likely have to raise your idle to like 1000 or more rpm to help the issue.
Do you have any logs?

 

no i just got the serial to usb adaptor so i can put my laptop in the car ill get some logs and post so u guys can help! its weird the idle is more then fine after its warm but in the morn i cant even get the car to like run right at all....

 

ummm here is my best shot at logging im new so i still dont know all the tricks help me plz hehehe

im pretty sure my idle needs to be raised becuase it was only at like 700-800 how would i do that?

 

i think my timing is still on the ecu im confused as to what was tuned?

 

mine did the same thing the morning after it was tuned. also, who tuned it and how reputable are they? anyway, the weird idle and sluggish start-up is also just part of the highly tuned vehicle you own.

 

yeah i know the idle will b weird and what not but it was terrible like i had to struggle to keep it running

they are pretty reputable awd dyno been around for a long time and have done a ton of utec's im sure they are not #1 or anything but i mean i made really good power and it runs amazing once its warmed up....

 

Sounds like a cold start issue, maybe a fuel enrichment table/warm up table adjustment? Should be fixable. Maybe a start up crank setting?

Check with malibujack he seems to help out others with issues on the utec.
