it could be, look where the timing is afterwards, it was 29 and then 12. maybe you should cut the timing back from 29 to something closer to 12 by the time you hit 5200rpm.
I have a different condition than you but I noticed a knock* at 5400 rpm just today. I have been leaning out my fuel because I have water injection. Needless to say I put some fuel back in in that area. And held the timing back there too.
