Old safc install, not safcII

I have the first safc and I need directions on how to install it, I did a search and found nothing but directions on how to install the safcII. I bought the car with the afc already installed and I recently had a resistor pack replaced. The mitsubishi dealership ripped the afc out of there thinking that was what was causing the car to misfire or not fire the number one injector at all when the whole time it was the ground for the number one injector that was fried somehow, I'm thinkin it had something to do with a new alarm system I recently installed. Anyways could someone point me in the direction or show me how to re-install this thing cause my car won't go wot, only part. Thanks.

The wires for the ecu in an evo 8 are the same as a 2nd gen dsm? they gotta be different. I didn't see anything there for evo 8s.

try www.apexi.com
ecu and wiring info there with ecu pinout! downside is that it is not clear.
vfaq will help.
use it for the wiring info and then use the evo pin out to do your install!
I got version 11 and know nothing about the 1!

http://www.roadraceengineering.com/e...-ecuwiring.htm

Brown and black wires = grounds to pin 26 (brown is closer to ECU)
Red wire = power to pin 25
Green wire (RPM) = to pin 58
Gray wire (Throttle) = to pin 84
Cut the wire to pin 90. Orange wire is in to the AFC from the sensor. The pink wire is out the AFC to the ECU.

How would not having the AFC not allow you to go WOT?
