What should I expect WHP with...

3" Cat-back
3" Down- pipe + Test pipe
Injen intake + upper intercooler pipe
AMS Lower intercooler pipe
Blitz EBC at 22 psi
Also getting U-tec tuned at the same time

I was just wondering?

Never expect.. Its always disappointing when you set your expectations, just have it tuned and enjoy the drive..

Good advice. I will always enjoy the ride in an Evo. I'm just seeing what you guys think. Thanks

ya 310-315 on a dynojet...the people who give u really low numbers and say things like "on 91 octane" are usually california people and use mustang dynos which read a lot lower..you usually have to specify so that its much more clear that way. On a dynojet tuned by Al with what you have minus the upper/lower intercooler pipes I made 295 on a pretty humid day so I would assume u should do a little better than that depending on the weather too...but dont get too worried if its a little off all cars are different
