The reason for the difference in numbers will be because of the way the two dynos calculate measured information. Or the collecte data.
Two completely different theorys of operation. That is why we always do a baseline when the vehicle comes in. They know what they have when they come in and leave on the same dyno and same day.
ALL the graphs WILL ALWAYS be SAE corrected for temp and various atmospheric conditions. That way the temp outside will have no bearing on the final results.
This again is the reason why we tune Air temp compensation tables in the AEM.
Without it the car could run lean one day and rich the other.
VERY DANGEROUS.
But your in good hands

Hey, just a quick question - how much boost are you running, and does it hold that boost to redline or back off a little bit? I am guessing you're still controlling boost w/ the hallman, right?

I am asking partially because I have an AEM on the way and happen to be using the hallman MBC at this time. Damn, w/ all these mods I have on my car I guess I should make a signature or something
Yes the Hallman is set to 22 psi. It falls off to 17psi in the AEM Log.
Boost pressure is the same as when the car came in. On pump gas and daily driving this boost pressure is sufficient.

I was actually wrong when you first came in. After driving the car to Micky D's that day I estimated 284. I was off by 2HP...LOL

And yes the track is the real test. Not really your E/T as much as that Trap speed.
We will see this week coming up.

pretty far ride to get a utec tuned...

Nicks a nice guy, saved my *** on the highway 1 time, and really knows his stuff.

OT: Nick.. I think I figured out what was wrong with the car, im pretty sure it has to do with a lower intercooler hose clamp popping off and when it was building boost, it was expanding and leaking.
