without a wideband and a map sensor is this all just useless information?
I'm just wondering, im anewb to tuning. The only mods i have are a K&N intake (i know) and a hallman mbc. My boost gauge is broken and only reads 14 psi but i know its higher because i hit fuel cut. What information can i take away from this log if any. thanks.

Where did you get the tune? If I'm reading the columns correctly, it looks like you have pulled out a large amount of fuel up top (17%), but that your timing is pathetically low (only 13 degrees up top). I can't see anything in the knock column, so I guess the timing is intentionally low, probably to stay out of knock. That's the best I can tell, but I'm not sure if I'm reading the columns right. It's hard to see in this format.
Ok, you seem like a nice enough person, so let me try and help.
First and foremost, you need a working boost guage. You can either fix/replace the one you have, or get a gm map sensor and harness for the utec. All of the parts can be found on this post:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ght=molex+part
Once you have a working boost reading, you need to check for boost leaks. Based on your maf hz, it seems that you may have one. You will definately be able to tell when your boost reference (map or gauge) is working.
Then you may want to get the wideband hooked up. Tuning for a target afr is very, very difficult if you don't have an afr reading. My recommendation from here is based on an afr source output.
I used the tool in this post for my logging/map building:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...&highlight=UCC
The UCC program allows you to build timing maps based on a mod of ECU in the timing map. This is basically map 0 or pass through. You will definately need to do some logging under map 0 to get a feel for what your ecu wants to see/use.
Once you have your timing table done, you will adjust your afrs to get to your target. This can be done by either adding or subtracting fuel.
So the recap is:
1. get a solid boost signal
2. fix any/all boost leaks
3. get a wideband
4. build a timing map
5. build the fuel map to target afrs
This is just my .02 with some helpfull posts. BTW, do a search for other questions in the future. Hope this helps.

Then you may want to get the wideband hooked up. Tuning for a target afr is very, very difficult if you don't have an afr reading. My recommendation from here is based on an afr source output.
I used the tool in this post for my logging/map building:
